The amount of times in life we have to tap into courage is always relative to what we define as our comfort zones and how in alignment with ourselves we are that we can see what we fear but we choose to trust more … our ability to find the strength will depend on how regulated our central nervous system is. It will also depend on how strong our vision is of our why and our belief system.
I used to operate from a place of blind faith, I had no idea where I was going I just knew I needed to keep going …I didn’t stop until my mind and body screamed and then I had to unravel the onion layers and redefine everything. What I found however was a core strength I had no idea about, a vision so clear I knew it would happen and with this I began to rebuild again…as I watch my children now find courage when they need it, it is with confidence that they do it with roots and wings, not fear of not being enough and they will listen to their bodies more than their minds….It does not always make it easy but it does make it simple.
Life will always throw curve balls, but our ability to thrive in not survive this game called life will be dependant on our willingness to know our stuff and be curious enough to choose a perception that life is guiding us forward and that not our fears are keeping us stuck. You define the rule book, you decide which ones to break…make sure you are aligning with the how not resisting it.
