Right now our young are being asked to adapt and overcome every hurdle that is being thrown at them and at the same time watch out for the proverbial curve ball that is thrown at them, no they are not being sent on a train to the countryside not knowing if they are going to see their parents again but then instead they are being sent to university and being locked in not knowing if when they get out what the future will hold either. They are being asked to have more faith than ever before and are they being lead from the front and for the ones that have just finished university you could not have more of a blank page if you tried and yet interns are cancelled left right and centre and if you are a creative you are told to retrain.. and yet the business cannot train you because you have to work from home…. Perhaps instead they are finally deciding to take control themselves and create a future they do like the look of
