I am a people person by nature but at times of my life I have chosen to retreat inwardly and deal with things myself. No reflection on others just a lifetime of having had to process things myself and an in-ability to trust I will not be judged by others. My problem and something I work on daily but accept as part of who I am. I have no problem with this and trust at somepoint in others lives they will have the ability to find compassion themselves to know it was not a reflection on them.
Recently I have been networking more than I find comfortable but I have trusted it is a necessary part of LoveurSoul and whilst some experiences have been better than others even the bad ones have taught me something valuable. Today I met an incredible lady who decided as a result of talking to me she was going to start the process of adopting a child. Another person I spoke to me told me of the book she has written to help others through the trauma of cancer and how like me she wants to make sure others dont tread a road less followed alone. Since coming back from my meeting I have just had an email from a lady who not only has children with severe disabilities but she too has cancer herself. These people have all touched my life in just one day and each of these people inspired me enormously. For me that have given me clarity that no matter what comes our way there is always something we can do to help others even if it is in a smile or a conversation without judgement.
Remember no matter how others judge you without knowing your story, as long as you know your passion and your purpose provide you with a source of peace and satisfaction. There are plenty of people out there that’s lives you can touch and they you. Human kind is a powerful thing and if we trust our instincts and live a life of grace and dignity, it can only lead to a life which we thrive and grow from.
