ADHD is something I have discussed for years with my colleagues and ths is the first article I have seen that really shows that we are slowly moving in the right direction. We are all unique and we all lean at different times and some children just find learning to ‘concenrate’ on what is required of them more difficult than others and we are also ‘guilty’of feeding children wth too much sugar, too many stimulants and not enough fresh air and exercise. Whilst there is no single answer to any problem this is certainly a step in the right direction but it also needs more parents to ‘really’ understand their children and trust their instinct too and they can only do that if they are at peace and have confidence with where they are too. Its all about baby steps, being open to change and a willingness to evolve and grow and that includes accepting we all learn differently
