An question often asked and felt by teenagers is one about ‘being weird’ or not ‘fitting in’. A feeling that has been around for generations but at last is now being expressed and dealt with. In fact most of us are ‘weird’ in some way we just don’t always seek others to know about the fact that we sleep with socks on even in the summer, or we eat ice-cream with crisps or that we simply cannot leave the house without checking all windows and doors are shut 5 times every time.
What you wear, how you speak, what your likes or dislikes are, who your friends are and what you passion is does not make you weird it makes you you an individual and a human being. What should be weird is when someone does not know who they truly are or what really makes them tick – help us to help this be the normal of our world and be you today.
