Why the current changes in the world around us is asking a lot of our gut's

The high frequency energies that we are learning to engage with and cultivate have a purifying effect on all they touch. They bring up everything old and toxic that needs to be healed and released. The more we connect, the more astute we become at recognizing the ways in which we have allowed ourselves to be compromised and distanced from our natural state of radiance. We start to understand just how we have allowed the social mechanisms of our society, which bombard us with fear and doubt, to compromise our integrity. The process of taking back our power and reinstating our sovereignty has not just been occurring on a psycho-spiritual level; it has been occurring on all levels.
